Lasseri Ben-Dayan Law Firm was founded by Adv. Shay Ben-Dayan and Adv. Emma Lasseri, both bringing extensive experience and a shared professional background, forged at the Boaz Ben-Zur Law Offices - one of Israel’s most renowned firms in the field of civil and commercial litigation.

Over the course of their careers, they have played a key role in the conduct of major civil and commercial disputes, participating in the management of some of the most complex, sensitive, and high-profile cases brought before Israeli courts in recent years.

Drawing on this experience, they have developed a clear professional philosophy, placing the client and the result at the center of their approach: rigorous, exacting legal representation, grounded in precision, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to their clients’ interests.

Shay Ben Dayan specializes in complex civil and commercial litigation, including the management of large-scale cases and representation in class actions, before all judicial instances.

He began his professional career at the law offices of Boaz Ben Zur, one of Israel’s leading litigation firms, where he gained extensive practical experience working on some of the most prominent and intricate cases handled in recent years.

During his work at the firm, he took an active role in representing leading clients in both the public and private sectors, including: Migdal Insurance, Menora Mivtachim, El-Srad Ltd. (Factory 54), Naot Margalit Association, ZAKA- Search, Rescue and Recovery, and others.

Adv. Ben Dayan completed his legal internship at Adv. Ben Zur’s firm and continued practicing there as an attorney before establishing his independent practice. He founded his firm with the commitment to provide clients with legal representation of the highest caliber, combining legal excellence, strategic insight, personal dedication, and uncompromising pursuit of results.

Adv. Ben Dayan holds an LL.B. with High Honors. Throughout his studies, he was consistently distinguished (Dean’s List), received the President’s Award for Excellence, and was admitted to a prestigious honors program led by former President of the Supreme Court, Dr. Asher Grunis. He also served as a member of the editorial board of the legal journal “Mishpat u-Mafteach” of the State Attorney’s Office, and as a teaching assistant to Dr. Yossi Rahamim.

Adv. Emma Lasseri handles high-stakes civil and commercial litigation, including class actions and complex proceedings before all levels of the Israeli judiciary. Her practice is characterized by precise legal analysis, strategic planning and a disciplined approach to managing intricate disputes.

She began her career at the office of Adv. Boaz Ben Zur, one of Israel’s foremost litigation practices, where she was involved in the preparation and conduct of sensitive and high-profile cases requiring refined legal reasoning and coordination with senior institutional actors.

In this context, she contributed to the representation of major public and private figures within the Israeli institutional and economic landscape, including the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Aura, Derech Eretz (Route 6), Mr. Ofer Yanai, Migdal Insurance, ZAKA, as well as the Biran family following the tragedy in Italy, and the Rotter family, controlling shareholders of the Castro Group. She also worked on the extradition proceedings concerning Eli Cohen.

After completing her internship at the same firm, she continued to practice there as an attorney before establishing her own practice, with the goal of providing personalized, thoughtful, and exacting legal representation, grounded in strategic clarity and a direct, trust-based relationship with each client.

Alongside her legal practice, Adv. Lasseri serves in the operational reserve of the Israel Defense Forces, as an Operations Officer in the Home Front Command, holding the rank of Captain.

She holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in Government, both earned Summa Cum Laude, and was consistently distinguished (Dean’s List) throughout all years of study. Throughout her academic journey, Adv. Emma Lasseri distinguished herself through dedicated engagement and outstanding involvement in both academic and student life. Finally, she served as a research assistant to Professor Amnon Lahav, Dean of the Reichman University Faculty of Law, contributing to high-level academic research and further affirming her intellectual rigor and commitment to excellence.

Adv. Lasseri is fluent in Hebrew, French, and English, and accordingly advises and represents both Israeli and international clients.
